What roles exist on Bizowizo?
Bizowizo has three roles: Bizo for founders, Wizo for supporters, and Advertiser for advertising activity. Choose the role that matches the activity you intend to carry out on the platform. A Bizo can prepare a founder profile and campaign, while a Wizo can discover and Support Bizos. Advertisers work with campaign goals, audiences, and compliant creative materials.
How do I manage my account?
Manage your account from your profile, where you can review the settings available for your role. This includes language preferences as provided in the account experience. Review your settings whenever your preferences or account details change. Keep private account information distinct from the information you choose to display publicly.
Which languages are supported?
The Knowledge page is available in nine independent text versions: German, English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Croatian, Bosnian and Serbian (Latin script). This does not mean every learning video has audio in nine languages. The 48-second lessons offer audio and subtitles only where actually provided (EN, DE and AR). The six existing BIZO introduction films are separate from the Knowledge lessons. Check the media shown on each page for actual availability.
How is my safety ensured?
Bizowizo applies community guidelines and provides reporting routes for suspected violations. Read the guidelines before publishing, supporting, or interacting so you understand the expected conduct. If something appears to breach the rules, use the available reporting process instead of escalating through public interactions. A report is a request for review, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
How do I report an issue?
Use the reporting flag on the relevant content or profile to notify the moderation team about an issue. Select the most accurate reason and provide clear, factual context where the reporting flow allows it. Avoid using a report to make unsupported claims or to resolve ordinary disagreements. The report gives the moderation process a traceable item to review under the applicable guidelines.
How is my data protected?
Refer to the privacy notice for the information that governs how data is handled. Public profile information is separate from private profile and account data, and private profile data is not publicly displayed. Share only the information requested in the relevant field and review your choices carefully. Legal content remains operator material and is not legal advice.
How can I contact support?
Contact the Bizowizo Support team at info@bizowizo.ai when you need help with an account or platform question. Include a concise description of the issue and the relevant context so the team can understand what you are asking. Do not send sensitive credentials or passwords in a support message. Support assistance is subject to the available support process and does not replace the applicable platform rules.
How do I create a pitch?
Create a one-minute Pitch that introduces the problem, your solution, supporting proof, and a clear ask. Structure the message so viewers can understand the project before deciding whether to engage or Support. Use accurate claims and avoid presenting future results, funding, or rewards as guaranteed. Review the Pitch before publication to ensure it matches the campaign and its public information.
What is a campaign?
A campaign brings together activity from the Pitch video, Live Pitch, and Live Battle around one shared target. The campaign page presents the current aggregated progress toward that target. Collection closes automatically when the target is reached or, at the latest, at the end of day 60. The campaign period cannot be extended, so plan all campaign activity within that fixed maximum window.
How does the review process work?
Campaigns go through a review intended to check compliance with the applicable guidelines. Prepare complete project information, required legal information, an approved campaign image, and a published one-minute Pitch before you expect to publish. Resolve the 15 readiness checks rather than assuming incomplete items can be ignored. Review is not a promise of funding, campaign performance, or any particular outcome.
What is a Live Pitch?
A Live Pitch is a scheduled UTC event in which you present your idea live to the community. Prepare the Pitch content, timing, and factual responses in advance so the session remains clear and disciplined. The related campaign page continues to show the same aggregated progress toward the shared goal. A Live Pitch does not create a separate campaign target or guarantee Support.
How do Battles work?
A Battle has a five-minute base duration and does not start automatically. In the final minute, both participants may agree to extend it in five-minute steps, up to a total maximum of 20 minutes. Prepare and accept a slot deliberately, and use the Battle format fairly. Support for a Bizo continues to relate to that Bizo’s campaign and its aggregated progress.
What is Milestone 1 (M1)?
Milestone 1, or M1, is reached at 40% of the campaign target. At that point, the Foundation badge is unlocked. Read M1 as a progress milestone rather than as an automatic payout event. The campaign remains subject to its fixed lifecycle and the other applicable rules.
What is Milestone 2 (M2)?
Milestone 2, or M2, is reached at 70% of the campaign target. M2 grants the stated additional Live Pitch slots. It does not mean the campaign has reached its full target or that funds are automatically paid out. Continue to follow the campaign conditions, the 60-day maximum period, and the applicable verification requirements.
What is Milestone 3 (M3)?
Milestone 3, or M3, is reached at 100% of the campaign target. Reaching M3 represents a full close of the campaign target. It should not be read as an automatic payout instruction, because a Bizo Reward and payout remain conditional under the applicable rules. Verification, actual fees, reversals, and the risk hold can still be relevant.
How do payouts work?
A Bizo payout is not automatic when campaign progress reaches a milestone or the campaign closes. Net revenue is subject to a 30-day risk hold before it can become available. Availability also depends on verified revenue, actual fees, reversals, and the applicable platform and Stripe conditions. Do not rely on a particular payout time or amount as guaranteed.
How do I select a gift?
When you choose to Support a Bizo campaign, select from the 16 available gift levels. Check the named gift and the campaign before confirming your choice. A gift is part of Support and must not be confused with a free Heart or Like. Any optional campaign reward for a Wizo is limited to the reward explicitly selected for that campaign, where applicable.
What does Support mean?
Support is the financial backing a Wizo directs to a Bizo campaign. It contributes to the campaign’s shared progress toward its target when effective under the platform rules. Support is different from a Heart, which is a social Like and does not spend Coins. Support does not promise a return, reward, or campaign outcome.
What is a Bizo-Reward?
A Bizo Reward belongs exclusively to the Bizo. It remains conditional on verification, campaign completion, actual fees, reversals, and the applicable risk hold. A Wizo may receive at most an explicitly selected optional campaign reward. Neither type of reward should be treated as automatic or guaranteed.
How are my referrals tracked?
Referral attribution is handled automatically on the server side. The recipient does not need to confirm the attribution for it to be recorded. Share pitches and campaigns through the intended route, then allow the platform’s rules to determine whether activity qualifies. Do not use self-referrals, as they are excluded.
How do I join WIZO VIP?
An active Wizo profile automatically activates WIZO VIP; no separate profile is required. Keep the Wizo profile active and accurate before using the associated sharing and Support features. WIZO VIP activation itself does not guarantee earnings or a particular rate. Any rate or commission remains subject to the stated qualification and program rules.
What is VIP status?
VIP status requires 100 active direct Wizos in a rolling 30-day period. Once that threshold is met, the stated rate is 10% on future qualified, unrefunded Support. Keep in mind that the requirement concerns active direct Wizos and a rolling period, not a one-time total. The rate is not an income guarantee and remains subject to the program rules.
What are the refund limits?
A refund or chargeback excludes associated claims and rewards. Review the relevant platform rules before assuming that a linked reward or commission will remain available after a reversal. Eligible reversals can adjust the related campaign, reward, and commission once under those rules. This information does not create a separate refund entitlement.
How do I start an ad campaign?
Start an advertising campaign by defining your goals, target audience, and compliant creative materials. Make each setting consistent with the product or message you want to promote. Check creative rules and target URL requirements before submitting the campaign. Advertising forecasts and offers are not promises of reach or results.
What are ad groups?
Ad groups help you organise creatives for specific target audiences. Use separate groups when the audience, creative, or campaign purpose differs. Name and review groups clearly so you can keep placements and messages aligned. Grouping content does not guarantee delivery, reach, or performance.
What are the creative rules?
Advertising creatives must follow the applicable age ratings, labeling requirements, and creative-compliance rules. Review both the visual material and its claims before use. Do not imply results or offers that cannot be substantiated. If a requirement is uncertain, treat the creative as needing clarification or revision before publication.
What URLs are allowed?
Advertising target addresses must be valid HTTP(S) URLs. Test the destination before submitting the creative so the link is complete and usable. Keep the URL consistent with the advertisement and its labeling. A valid URL alone does not establish campaign approval or performance.
How are ads labeled?
Advertisements are clearly marked as sponsored content. Keep the sponsorship context clear in the associated creative and destination experience. Do not present an ad as ordinary community content in a way that obscures its advertising nature. Proper labeling is part of compliant campaign preparation.
Are prices and reach guaranteed?
Advertising offers are server-authoritative and versioned. Review the current offer rather than relying on an older price or configuration. Reach and CPM figures are non-binding forecasts, not guaranteed results. Plan spend with that uncertainty in mind.
How are complaints handled?
Complaints and reviews are handled through an auditable process by the compliance team. Provide factual, relevant details so the issue can be assessed against the applicable requirements. Keep records of the campaign material and version involved where available. A review process does not guarantee a particular decision or timing.
What must a Bizo complete before starting a campaign?
Before starting a campaign, complete the Bizo role selection and the public founder profile. Provide all required private identity, contact, and verified UAE location information accurately; this private data is not public profile content. Then create the campaign and resolve all 15 readiness checks before publishing. Do not treat profile completion alone as approval or a guarantee that a campaign will succeed.
How does Wizo onboarding work?
Choose the Wizo role, secure the account, and complete the profile before you begin using Support features. Credit the wallet by purchasing named gifts through the applicable Stripe flow. Tap Support stays off until you explicitly accept the one-Coin-per-accepted-Tap rule. A Heart or qualified view is not a Coin-spending action and is not the same as a gift or Support.
When does a campaign start and end?
Publication starts the fixed campaign period and fixes the campaign target. Effective Support from the Pitch, Live Pitch, Live Battle, and Tap Support can count toward that one target under the platform rules. Collection closes automatically when the target is reached or no later than day 60. The period cannot be extended, and campaign closure does not make a payout automatic.
When can a Bizo request a Stripe payout?
A Bizo can request a Stripe payout only after UAE eligibility and the required Stripe conditions are complete. The campaign must have closed, actual fees must be verified, the risk hold must have elapsed, and a server-authoritative Bizo Reward must be available. Stripe onboarding or reaching a campaign milestone does not by itself create a payout. Availability and timing are not guaranteed.
Do hearts or views spend Coins?
No, Hearts and qualified views do not spend Coins. A Heart is a social Like, and a qualified view is counted once after at least three seconds with at least 65% visibility. Only an accepted Tap Support gesture spends exactly one existing wallet Coin. Keep Hearts, views, gifts, and Tap Support distinct when checking your wallet or campaign activity.
How do I activate Tap Support?
Activate Tap Support by reading and confirming the Tap Support notice once. The notice states that each accepted video Tap spends exactly one existing wallet Coin as real Support. There is no daily limit stated for the feature, and you can disable it at any time. Do not confuse this opt-in gesture with playing a video, viewing it, or adding a Heart.
Who receives a Tap during a Battle?
During a Battle, a Tap supports only the participant whose video window you tapped. Exactly one existing wallet Coin is assigned to that participant, Pitch, and campaign for each accepted Tap, and it increases that Battle side. Audio controls, playback controls, overlays, and areas outside the participant window do not book a Coin. Enable Tap Support through explicit opt-in before using the gesture.
Where do Tap Support events appear and what happens after a reversal?
Tap Support events appear in the local animation, wallet, and campaign progress. They do not appear in the Wallstreet ticker or notifications. An eligible refund, chargeback, or fraud reversal adjusts the linked campaign, reward, and commission exactly once under the platform rules. The precise treatment remains conditional on eligibility and the applicable rules.
